Estate Planning Consultations are 1 – 1 1/2 hours.  All other consultations can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Estate Planning clients need to bring their completed Estate Planning worksheet which will be emailed or sent to you when you schedule your initial appointment. You should also bring any estate planning documents you have such as existing trusts, wills or powers of attorney.  Your worksheet should be filled out to the best of your ability as it provides us with an opportunity to quickly "issue spot" and make the most of your time with a legal professional.

Clients interested in discussing probate matters (handling the estate of a deceased), should bring a death certificate, copies of the deceased person’s trust or will, documentation or information  regarding the deceased person’s assets and liabilities, and a complete list of the names,  addresses and contact information of the heirs, or beneficiaries.  A probate checklist will be provided to you to assist with your document gathering when you schedule your initial appointment. You are encouraged to bring any other documents you think may be relevant.
